Services and DJ Booking Terms

VRDJ.io provides DJ and entertainment booking services for events ("Services"). By booking through the Website, you agree to these specific terms, which supplement the general Terms.

Booking Process

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit ("Deposit").
The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the performance date.
All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Bookings are subject to DJ availability. We will confirm via email within 48 hours.

Performance Obligations

The DJ will arrive at the agreed time and venue, prepared to perform as specified.
If the DJ is late due to unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., traffic), we will extend the performance time where possible or provide a pro-rata refund.
If the DJ fails to appear or perform due to our fault, you will receive a 100% refund, no questions asked.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by you more than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus the Deposit.
Cancellations 15-30 days before: 50% refund of total fee (Deposit forfeited).
Cancellations less than 7 days before: No refund.
We may cancel due to DJ unavailability or other reasons, providing a full refund and reasonable efforts to find a replacement.
Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, government restrictions, or severe weather ("Force Majeure"). In such cases:

We will notify you promptly.
Performance may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund.
No further liability for damages, losses, or consequential costs.

Client Responsibilities

Provide a safe venue, adequate power, and access for setup.
Ensure compliance with local laws (e.g., noise regulations).
You are responsible for any guest behavior that damages equipment or hinders performance.

These terms align with standard practices in the events and entertainment industry in Singapore, ensuring fair dealings while protecting both parties.

Content Liability

We are not responsible for content on linked websites or User Content. You agree to defend and indemnify VRDJ against claims arising from your Website or links. No links should appear on sites that are libelous, obscene, or infringing.

Reservation of Rights
